Production Time and Shipping Time Are Separate.
Keener Marketing produces customized printing and marketing products for customers throughout the areas we serve. Because many products are created specifically for an individual customer, production time and shipping time should be considered separately.

Production Time
For many custom printed products, Keener Marketing’s standard production timeframe is approximately 10 working days beginning after final proof approval and/or required payment.
Production times vary according to the product, quantity, materials, finishing requirements, customization, vendor availability, and current production schedule. The estimated production timeframe does not include shipping or transit time.
Rush Production
Rush production may be available for qualifying orders for an additional fee. Availability depends upon the specific product, quantity, required completion date, current workload, materials, vendors, and other production requirements.
Rush production expedites production only. Expedited delivery must be requested separately when available.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are additional unless an order, quote, or product description specifically states that shipping is included. Shipping costs may depend upon package weight, dimensions, destination, delivery method, number of shipments, carrier rates, and required delivery speed.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Any delivery date provided before shipment is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
After a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, holiday schedules, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other conditions outside Keener Marketing’s reasonable control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping, rerouting, return-to-sender, or reshipment costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer. Please review your shipping information before approving your order.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be produced at different facilities or completed at different times. When necessary, an order may arrive in more than one shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package appears damaged when delivered, please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and any other materials and contact Keener Marketing promptly. Photographs may be requested so we can evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, submit a claim to the shipping carrier.

Changes to Shipping Information
Contact us as soon as possible if a delivery address needs to be changed. Once an order has entered shipment, changes may no longer be possible and additional carrier fees may apply.
