A Little Preparation Goes a Long Way.
You don’t need every detail figured out before contacting us.
But having a few key pieces of information ready can help our team better understand your project and keep the process moving.
Six Things Worth Gathering
Know What You’re Creating
Tell us what you need or what you’re trying to accomplish. Don’t know what the product is called? Just describe what you have in mind.
- Printing
- Signs & Displays
- Promotional Products
- Apparel
- Branding & Design
- Marketing Materials
- Mailing
- Pregnancy Center Resources
- Personal or Event Products
- A Completely Custom Idea
Estimate Your Quantity
Let us know approximately how many pieces you need. If you’re not sure of the final quantity yet, provide your best estimate.
Consider the Size
If you already know the dimensions, include them with your request. For signs and displays, it can also be helpful to explain where and how the finished piece will be used.
Gather Your Artwork
Upload whatever you have with your request. For customer-supplied photos, high-resolution images at approximately 300 dpi at the intended finished size are preferred.
- Logo
- Photos
- Existing Design
- Brand Guidelines
- Previous Materials
- Written Content
- Inspiration Images
Think About Your Timeline
Customized items are typically in your hands within 2.5 to 3 weeks after final artwork approval with standard turnaround, plus at least one week for proofing. Rush charges may apply for orders with a requested delivery date less than three weeks from the order date. Non-custom items normally ship within 2 to 3 business days, provided everything is in stock.
Tell Us Your Goal
Knowing why you need something can be just as helpful as knowing what you need.
- Promoting an event?
- Reaching new customers?
- Preparing a fundraiser?
- Communicating with donors?
- Opening a business?
- Celebrating a milestone?
No Question Is Too Small.

Ask Us Before You Guess.
If anything about your files, proofs, shipping, or timeline is unclear, call or email us. A real person from our Dayton team will help you sort it out.
It is faster than guessing, and it usually saves a reprint.
Start With What You Know.
Give us the bigger picture and we’ll better understand the project.
