Customized orders generally receive an email proof. Proofs are normally available in less than two business days, although detailed projects may require additional time. Rush fees may apply for proofs required sooner.

Standard customizable items are generally in your hands within 2.5 to 3 weeks after final artwork approval. Allow at least one week for proofing before production. Most orders ship by UPS Ground unless another service is requested.

Customization
For eligible custom printed Pregnancy Center items, text is fully editable at no extra charge with purchase unless otherwise specified. Colors and photographs can also be replaced when available, although fees may apply. Stock items that have already been printed cannot be customized. If an order is canceled after proofs have been created, a setup fee may be charged.
Using Your Own Photos
High-quality photographs supplied by your center can be used free of charge when they are print-ready. Photos should be high resolution and approximately 300 dpi at their intended finished size. Editing charges may apply when files require additional preparation.
Keener Marketing Designs & Copyright
Keener Marketing, Inc. copyrights all original designs, and Keener designs may not be printed or reproduced without written permission. We understand, however, that some Pregnancy Resource Centers work with printers that donate services or provide special pricing. In those circumstances, centers may be able to purchase an authorized PDF for local printing.
Using Purchased Graphics
If you purchase a graphic from Keener Marketing, you may use it for pieces printed on your office printer, your website, Facebook and other social media. Other professionally printed pieces using a Keener Marketing design must be obtained through Keener Marketing unless special permission has been granted. Using an outside commercial printer, including one donating its services, requires special permission and a fee may apply depending on the usage.
