Proofing is an important part of customized projects. It gives you an opportunity to review your information and make sure everything appears as expected before production begins.
Five Steps to an Approved Proof
Place Your Order
Once Keener Marketing receives your order and customization details, our team can begin preparing your artwork.
Receive Your Proof
We can normally provide an email proof in less than two business days after the order is placed. Detailed projects may require additional time, and rush fees may apply for proofs required in less than two business days. Orders without customization will not receive a proof.
Review Everything Carefully
Before approving, check:
- Names
- Dates
- Phone Numbers
- Addresses
- Website URLs
- Spelling
- Photos
- Logos
- Event Information
- Layout
- Other Custom Content
Request Changes
If something needs to be revised, let us know before giving final approval. For eligible custom printed items, text can be customized unless otherwise specified. Photos and colors may also be changed, although fees may apply.
Give Final Approval
Once you’re satisfied with the proof, provide your final approval. Your production turnaround begins after final proof approval.
No Question Is Too Small.
For standard customized orders, please allow at least one week for the proofing process before the project is sent to press. Customized items are generally in your hands 2.5 to 3 weeks after final artwork approval under standard turnaround.

A Setup Fee May Apply.
Free customization is provided with a purchase. If you decide to cancel your order after proofs have already been created, a setup fee may be charged.
