For eligible custom printed items, all text is customizable unless otherwise specified. Colors and photographs may also be changed depending on the design and project, and certain fees may apply. Some stock products have already been printed and therefore cannot be edited; examples include certain note cards, budget Sanctity of Human Life inserts, and stock Christmas cards.

Alternate photographs are available for many Keener designs at no additional charge. This may include replacing an image with a compatible photograph from another piece using the same theme and design number. If those options don’t fit your needs, a different stock photograph may be selected for a $25 fee, or you may provide your own high-quality photograph.

Text customization on eligible custom printed products is included with purchase unless otherwise stated. Free customization comes with a purchase: if you cancel an order after proofs have already been created, a setup fee may be charged.

Once your order is received, you’ll receive confirmation. For most customized projects, you’ll then receive a PDF proof by email for approval. Non-customized orders do not receive a proof.
