What We Get Asked

When possible, include the type of apparel, approximate quantity, sizes, preferred garment colors, your logo or artwork, placement preferences, and your needed-by date.
Yes. Send us the highest-quality file available. Original professional artwork is preferred whenever possible.
Send us what you have and describe what you’d like to create. If additional artwork preparation is needed, our team can discuss the next steps with you.
For customized orders requiring proofing, a proof is generally provided for review. We can normally provide an email proof in less than two business days after the order is placed, although detailed projects may take longer. Rush fees may apply when a proof is required in less than two business days.
Timelines depend on the specific product and project. If your order falls under Keener’s standard customizable-item process, allow time for both proofing and production. If you have an event or firm deadline, include that information when submitting your project.

Real People

Ask Us Before You Guess.

If anything about your files, proofs, shipping, or timeline is unclear, call or email us. A real person from our Dayton team will help you sort it out.

It is faster than guessing, and it usually saves a reprint.

Ready When You Are.

Tell Us What You’re Working On.

You don’t have to arrive with every detail figured out. Share the idea, the goal, the quantity, the deadline, or whatever you already know, and our team will help you work out the rest.
